  • challenges with sexual interest or arousal

  • pelvic and genital pain during intimacy

  • difficulty expressing sexual needs and desires

  • challenges with sexual confidence

  • feeling out of touch with your body

Through compassionate counselling, Meg supports individuals and couples to tune out the noise and explore, embrace, and enjoy their evolving sexuality. Whether you’re adjusting to the perinatal period, feeling disillusioned by sex or seeking more sexual pleasure and confidence, Meg offers a space for you to reclaim connection—on your terms, in your own way.

Values that inform Meg’s clinical practice

Meg wants to create a world where

becoming a parent doesn’t mean losing connection to sex, pleasure, or intimacy—and where everyone, whether they’re parents or not, feels supported in nurturing their sexual well-being.
