Dr Laura offers whole person care. She finds joy curating and leading individualised team of care providers to support your journey to find solutions, reduced pain and improved quality of life.

Dr Laura focuses on providing:

Obstetric Care - shared maternity care

Preconception Care and Fertility Support - maximising wellbeing prior to pregnancy, difficulty conceiving, miscarriage support

Postnatal Care - support in the first 40 days and beyond, pain management, mastitis, incontinence, prolapse, adjustment reaction, postnatal anxiety and depression, intimate partner issues

Pelvic Health - persistent pelvic pain including endometriosis, vulvodynia, vaginismus

Gynaecology - heavy periods, PCOS, incontinence, prolapse, sexual health and cervical screening

Contraceptive advice - including IUD insertions with trauma informed approach

Unplanned pregnancy

Adolescent Health - early management of painful periods to improve future outcomes

Mental Health - focused psychological strategies including CBT. Preventative care and management of stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, PMS, PMDD, eating disorders

Yoga - useful for distressing physical symptoms and feeling disconnected from the body. A supportive adjunct therapy to extend beyond talk therapies.
