Bec supports people seeking therapy for a range of different reasons - depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss. Bec especially enjoy working with clients during the perinatal period and across the parenting journey.
Bec has completed extensive training for supporting individuals who have experienced trauma - trauma that occurs following a big life event, arising from difficulties experienced in childhood or whilst growing up.
Bec is a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor and enjoys providing supervision for other therapists, especially early career psychologists.
Bec seeks to provide a space where clients can explore their experiences without judgment, process their challenges with warmth and understanding, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
