Not because we’re hard to find or we’re not accessible. But because you deserve to have the journey in be as easy and stress free, as possible.

Outlined below are details, with links to maps and websites, of parking, public transport and building information.

We have also listed accessibility options and accomodations. Families are welcome, with change and care facilities available within our space.

For those who come with others who wait locally, we have also outlined some local services & facilities.

  • Entrance

    We are located at 678 Victoria Street. The entrance to our building is located on Victoria Street.

    Please note there is no access to the public via the rear of the building on Elaine Court.

    There is a ramp to the front of the building and a revolving door entrance that allow you to access the lobby. Alternatively, there are push doors on either side of the main entrance that will accomodate a wheelchair or pram.

    Cafe

    There is cafe on the ground floor which serves drinks and food.

    Lifts

    If you take the elevators to level 2, you will find us to your right. Our space is a sanctuary in which you can rest and be held and we can provide you with water, tea or a quiet space if needed.

    Toilets

    Toilets are accessible on each level of the building, behind the elevator block.

  • We offer plenty of time so you won’t feel rushed.

    Sensory

    We provide a low sensory environment - using dimmable lights, minimal fragrance and noise reduction techniques.

    Mobility

    No stairs are required for clinic access. All areas accommodate a pram, including a double pram or wheelchair. There is a ramp at the front of the building and elevators to the clinic. The revolving door at the clinic entrance can be slowed using a button on the side to allow pram access.

    Emotional Triggers

    We know that sometimes you may have experienced things that might make your body and mind sensitive to the environment around you. We are able to provide quiet spaces away from babies and pregnancy, if you feel this might help. Feel free to ask anytime.

    We endeavour to make your visit as smooth and stress free as possible. Should you require any other accomodations, we'd be happy to help.

  • Support people are welcome to attend your appointment with you. They are also welcome to wait in the reception area on the comfy couches.

  • Restocking the nappy bag can be forgotten when you're getting out of the house. In case this happens, we have everything you might need including nappies, wipes, bags, change facilities, bottle warmer/ hot water and spaces for feeding. We also have breast pads and period pads.

    All areas accommodate a pram, including double prams. There is a ramp at the front of the building and elevators to the clinic.

    The revolving door at the clinic entrance can be slowed using a button on the side to allow pram access.

    Alternatively you can enter the via the doors adjacent to the revolving entrance.

  • Parking is available in the surrounds of the clinic as outlined below.

    Free Parking:

    One hour parking is available in the streets surrounding the clinic, including:

    River Boulevard, Elaine Court, Christine Crescent and Harrison Crescent.

    Paid Parking:

    Unlimited hours paid parking is available at:

    Onsite Parking:

    Onsite parking is included for our Breastfeeding Day Stay and Nausea and Vomiting in Pregnancy Support Stay. Access details will be provided on booking.

    Please note there is no standard onsite parking underneath the building for standard appointments.

  • Tram

    River Bvd/Victoria St Stop is located directly in front of the building connecting Route 109. Route 12 is one stop away.

    Train

    North Richmond is the closest train station to Juno. Then a short tram ride down Victoria St to the front of the clinic.

  • We are centrally located, there are quite a few amenities in the surrounding areas. These include:

    • Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre (food and drink, groceries, supermarket, bakery, post office, pharmacy, Kmart, Ikea and more.

    • Melbourne Pathology (located within Victoria Gardens)

    • Birrarung (Yarra) River (walking trail right on our doorstep)

    • Playgrounds

    • Frankie Says Cafe and Restaurant (across the road, indoor and outdoor seating, views of the river, coffee)

    • Bon Matin Cafe and Restaurant (a short stroll up the road, overlooking the river, delicious French pastries abound)

    • Waterman Co-Working Space

  • Making your arrival to and from Juno as comfortable and easy as possible is paramount to your experience of care and an absolute priority to us.
